About TeachFlows

TeachFlows' solution applies readily available technology in innovatively new ways. With high BYOD adoption in schools(bring your own device), our product is rapidly adoptable as it complements their existing suite of digital tools. We have already engineered our MVP launching by June end, using a scalable MERN technology stack, allowing teachers to create streamlined,auto-marked worksheets in minutes. Additionally, the current state of Machine Learning models allows the easy creation of adaptive questions. The technology already exists and with thousands of data points linked to our question bank: topic area, syllabus mapping, difficulty level and expected time to complete, TeachFlows is in a prime position to develop a fully functional solution. With team expertise in structuring learning models, we can train AI algorithms using easily deployable technology; so students' skill-level is mapped to appropriate dynamic questions. Suggestion algorithms, which are being successfully prototyped, generate new wordings and numbers aligned to a student's understanding, measured using over 25 learning metrics. TeachFlows' powerful visual analytics also utilises pre-existing open-source software found in the world's largest data-driven organisations, reporting on cohort, class and individual student understanding levels. Our technically feasible solution collectively uses technology that is here now and ready to use to offer schools a 360-view of their teaching.

TeachFlows operates on a SaaS business model and has a wide range of applications of our core technologies across all target channels: B2C: teachers and small tutors at $100/year,B2B:public and private schools ranging from $4 -$8 per student per year and B2E starting from $15 000/year. We have a critical focus on primary and secondary schools seeking to adopt new tools andtechnologies. Ourpricing and distribution strategy is aligned to common strategic goals of schools that are published publicly. Schools are willing to pay for TeachFlows as it brings together 3-4 learning tools they usually license and has added benefits with our unique service propositions of forming a digitally adaptive and data-rich learning environment. Additionally, as both co-founders have technical and design expertise, there are no up-front costs surrounding product development but rather on growth-marketing and server related expenses. In the future, TeachFlows, as a technology-centred start-up, has vast potential to expand from just STEM subjects into adult and tertiary learning, for example, applications in financial planning, accounting and economics. TeachFlows applicability across various subjects and easy integration with tools such as resource marketplaces and LMS systems provides an unfair advantage as we enter the education market and rapidly gain traction.
