James Tawadros

Hello, I’m James – a man with many evolving facial hair styles and plenty of lame jokes J

I am the Fabrication Coordinator for the MCIC Makerspace – a wonderfully interactive role working with the UNSW community to meet their making needs in our state-of-the-art facility.

By qualification I am a medical scientist and biomedical engineer, but by trade I have worked with and supported a whole range of industries – including museum conservation, engineering, and medicine. My special interest is in additive manufacturing and 3D scanning.

Tee up a meeting with me if you are interested in prototyping hardware for scientific/medical applications, or anything 3D printer related. I especially love working with academics and researchers.

In my ‘off’ time I am also a 4-time ARIA award winning musician, and am happy to help if your needs revolve around music.
