Michelle Xu

Michelle is a passionate technology innovation enabler. She has more than 10 years research experience with CSIRO. Her research projects had a broad spectrum: from biochemical material property studies using synchrotron, to concept foods formulation development, pilot production and clinical trials. She is experienced in project management, providing innovative solutions to Australian businesses and multinationals. She is also proficient in business development (i.e. new market entry strategy) and innovation management.  

Michelle is actively engaged in the entrepreneurial ecosystem through CSIRO ON Accelerator mentor, Melbourne Business School (innovation projects) mentor and international student mentor (Hoodic).  

Michelle has qualifications in Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Food Science and MBA (Melbourne Business School).
