Nathalie Rafeh

UNSW Founders Startup Coach

Hi there! My name is Nathalie and I’d love to hear about your startup idea (or ideas)! I got into entrepreneurship while at uni and morphed over the years into technology, growth management, and business ownership. My background is in go-to-market, growth & operations.

I started two companies with the first one geared toward mobile and web development and the second one in e-commerce in the fashion industry. Previously, I was a growth manager/Entrepreneur in Residence at Mad Paws, one of Australia’s fastest-growing startups, I started an on-demand service in the pet industry which has grown Australia wide, all while using absolutely no code. The venture underwent funding preparations with VCs. I am a big startup kid at heart and absolute proponent of no coding philosophy and quick & efficient validations so reach out for a chat!

If you need help with setting up problem validation, product-market fit, MVP building, refining your USP, product/service journey mapping, pitching, setting up your brand/messaging, or with creative growth ideas, and getting the important metrics for your business, I’m here and I’d love to help you out!

My recommendations:

READ - Antifragile by Nassim Nicholas Taleb and Strategy Beyond the Hockey Stick by McKinsey & Company.

LISTEN - The Economist: Great podcast to unwind and widen your scope of knowledge and analysis to what is happening in the world around us. Also, Harvard Business Review IdeaCast: Helps you question assumptions and potentially avoid bias while running your business.

TRAVEL BUCKET LIST - Switzerland, Japan & Cambodia.
